For businesses · Website and app tests
Give us the steps: find a product, sign up, check out. Real people do them and tell you where they got stuck, in writing or on a recording.
Works for websites and phone apps.
What you get back
- Written answers for every step, or a recording of the screen and the voice.
- Where people got stuck, in their own words. "I couldn't do it" counts.
- Every test checked by a person before you see it.
How it works
- 01
Write the steps
We help you keep them short and clear.
- 02
People try them
On their own phones and computers.
- 03
Watch and read
Recordings and answers, checked by us.
The rules we keep
Same rules, every request.
- We approve and price every request before it starts.
- A real person checks every answer before you see it.
- Results come in live, as people finish.
- You are billed only for work you accept.
- Invoiced monthly by Blue Coast Water, LLC.
- You see totals, never the names of the people who answered.
Tell us what you need.
I approve and price every request before it starts, and write back within 2 working days.
